About Me

Born and raised outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Colleen discovered her love of storytelling during her first creative writing class at Whitefish Bay High School. Crafting homework assignments from the humorous side of real-life situations rather than scripting fiction, Colleen soon came to realize the life she had assumed was normal was anything but. 

In her first breakout novel, Tag the Present: A Chariot Year, Colleen illustrates how she uses the folly that colors her days as a mother, daughter, divorcee, and friend to create whimsical gift tags for her loved ones. 

Colleen currently resides in Melbourne, Florida, spending all her free moments writing when not chasing after her beloved grandchildren.
